Winter 2009 in Cape Town - multi-generational family party

We are planning to visit 8 - 10 days in Capetown and suitable time frame for us is any time between last week of June to Aug end.

Can you please suggest when we should plan?

We have 2 senior citizens(65 years+) and a kid of 6 months old.

We are planning to come from Mumbai and would stay with relatives in Ballito for first one week and would travel from there to Capetown.

Your comments and suggestion please.
