I love to bring my family & formally settle in your Cape …

We are American citizen, Egyptian born family of 4.

We did visit almost half of the universe.

Dubai, where we live now, is becoming too fast for us.

Two month ago, we had the chance to visit the Cape, We all loved it. Why?

• The quality of water you drink, air you breathe & soil where the vegetables & fruits are grown.


• 2 oceans mist & breeze.


• The 4 season of the Mother City of nature.


• Education system & Health care.


• The rainbow sprit of the peninsula, where all different Creeds and colors can coexists.


• Yes, God`s window is overlooking the Cape.


• And the Cape with the long neck is overlooking the mountains, oceans, clouds& it is showered by acid-free rain.


• Seafood & Steaks.


• Botanic gardens, Vine yards, Herbal centers, bird’s sanctuary, wild Safaris & Clean beaches.


• Environmentally aware culture.


• The 15 karamaat with green domes all around the Cape.


• A society where you can use your God-given talents to help the under-privileged humans.


• Healthy life style: early to bed, early to rise makes you healthy, wealthy & wise.


• The southern tip of Africa is always on tip of our tongue.


• If the Cape was a woman, it is worth to die for.
