Breakfast cutlery and crockery

We had breakfast at Rhodes tea garden - food good - price reasonable BUT
please can a side plate plus extra knife to spread butter plus teaspoon for jam be brought to the table

Its unacceptable a) to have to use the same knife to eat your food and spread your toast and
b) have to balance your toast on your breakfast plate
Simple to rectify but so noticeable if not done

Lastly: if one orders tea for two why does one get a LARGE pot of water with one tea bag instead of 2 pots each with a tea bag?
