Finding a pool in Gordon's Bay can be tricky with your budget, but here is an option which fits all your criteria:

And if you are okay without a pool (Gordon's Bay is very small and the sea is right on your doorstep) here are two other options which will make for a great holiday.

a pretty upmarket one

and

a more down to earth one
