European plug adapter availablity in South Africa?

I am wondering about how easy it may be to find adaptors for European 2-pin plugs (type C) at the hotel/B&B -- any idea?

Just a remark on the info you provide in the FAQ concerning electric plugs...
Apparently, the SA plugs are not *exactly* of the old British type (D) -- they are a class unto itself, a higher amerpage plug classed as type M: http://www.kropla.com/!m.htm
