My two children have coeliac disease so are on a gluten free diet. I understand (from another superb web site) that Pick n Pay has gluten free - as i am obsessively organised when it comes to food for them - can you tell me if they do an internet shop facility so we can have some food available when we fly in? (We get in at 8.00ish in the evening from NZ)

We are having a week in Cape Town to attend a wedding then we intend to go do the Garden Route - I had already picked out to finish at Addo - are there places on the way we should really avoid with a young family? I see your website has lots to really do!! We live 2 hours drive from our closest city so the children are used to quite alot of time in the car.

I had found out about a pre-school in Knynsa - I thought it would be great for the children to hang out with some local children for half a day or more?? - do you think that would be received OK?

Your web site is great and I'm sure that I'll spend many hours in front of it!
