Challenging assignent for me!

This really was hard! Here are my best solutions.

Cape Town - if you want to be central I recommend the backpacker establishments. Mountain Manor definitely have a solution for you (as long as they still have capacity so need to book soon.)
Here you and your wife could have a room, and the rest of your party would be accommodated in a dormitory.

Otherwise, if you are prepared to be less central, I recommend Fishhoek. You will still have to negotiate (it IS off-season) but Oceanview looks as close as you will get to your requirements. It's a 40 min drive from the city centre, but a lovely scenic place.

In George - ouch! I came up with only two possibilities. Closest to George is Wild Farm, near Wilderness (only 15 min drive from George). I am pretty sure that is you best bet. The only other option is further from George and will need to stretch to accommodate one extra person. But it's worth a try. Rondevlei Farm.
