Best Cape Town Beach Is... Clifton?

Who is is that arbitrarily proclaims the "Top 10", "Best" and "Most Beautiful" this and that with such authority these days?

Whoever 'they' are, Cape Town beaches have been weighed, sifted (that must have been time-consuming!) and Clifton has duly been crowned Best Cape Town beach.

It's certainly a populist choice, and as it puts Cape Town once again on the international visitor map, I won't argue here :-)
